Fuel strives to bring the highest quality products available to our
customers. We screen and grind several types of bark to insure consistency
throughout our product line.
Fresh Fir Bark-Bright
orange red in
color
Dark Fir Bark-Rich mahogany in color
Hemlock Bark-Deep Brown in
color (the sliverless bark)
All three
of the above products are widely used for general landscaping. They help in the
retention of water for your plants, and they also add organic matter to the soil
to help keep it loose. By putting the bark to a depth of at least 3
inches you will be aiding in water retention and weed control.
Pebble Bark-comes in both
fresh and dark colors, the size ranges from3/4"-11/2"
Nuggets-
reddish brown in color and 2-5" in size
Cedar Toe-Stringy pieces
with some shavings and sawdust mixed in, great for dog runs.
Cedar Chips- square or
oblong chunks of cedar
Topsoil-a
screened soil
Soil Mix-a mixture of dirt,
sand, Composted cow manure and bark compost. A great product for planting a new lawn
or building a raised flower bed. this also works well when leveling out an
existing yard.
Mushroom Compost- a great
product to till into your yard or garden.
Composted cow manure- it
comes from the Boardman dairy farm. The product has a fine peat moss texture.
All of our
rock products are washed and go through a screen, so the quality is always consistent.
3/4"- Driveway gravel
and for pouring concrete on.
1/4"-Pathway gravel
Sand: A mason sand used
for sand boxes and concrete mix, works well under plastic pools.
River rock: It comes in
two sizes 1/4"-3/4",3/4"-11/2"

Pea Gravel: Used for dog
areas, play areas and can be used for concrete mix.
Red Cinder rock: There are
5 sizes to choose from 10-(used on tracks, coarse sand size
1/4"-1/2",1/2"-3/4", 1"-2" and boulders
(volleyball
to basketball)
Pumice: Used for making
potting mixes and as a soil enhancement.
Both of our
offices offer decorative rock, Flagstones, basalts and volcanic rocks. We have a
wide variety of thickness and colors to suit just about any application.
